      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track and analyze call flows, patterns, and service levels
      - Perform trend analysis of call center data to project future growth
      - Create daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for call volumes and staffing needs
      - Maintain workforce management software and ensure optimal usage
      - Monitor call center activities to ensure service levels are met and recommend schedule changes as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of call center experience with an understanding of basic call center metrics and processes
      - Experience with workforce management products (Cisco, IEX, Aspect, Blue Pumpkin, etc.)
      - Knowledge of methodologies for call centers with multi-skill and multi-channel complexity
      - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment
      - Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
      - Familiarity with call center performance metrics and reporting tools
