What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Meet annual sales goals as established by the RSM of Broker Distribution
- Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to communicate the value of group benefits to brokers
- Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and engagement
- Utilize innovative approaches and tools to drive growth and align with the organization’s strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
- College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
- High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
- Self-reflective with a mindset of continuous improvement
