      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, configure, maintain, test, and support corporate application system upgrades and optimizations
      - Gather and document business requirements for workforce management systems in collaboration with stakeholders
      - Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in workforce management processes
      - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure successful implementations
      - Analyze workforce data to recommend strategies for optimizing resource utilization and improving scheduling efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field
      - 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on workforce management systems
      - Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including clinical and non-clinical scheduling and timekeeping
      - Ability to develop and execute test plans for system configurations and updates
      - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with workforce management systems such as Symplr, Kronos, UGK, Workday, or Time and Labor
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with staffing models and patient care standards
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, including FLSA and labor laws
      - Previous experience mentoring junior team members
