What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor contact center queue adherence and follow up with team members as needed
- Utilize reporting tools to identify and escalate potential call or channel avoidance
- Serve as a backup to Workforce Analyst and Senior Analyst roles when necessary
- Schedule and adjust staffing to ensure adequate coverage and optimize service delivery
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements and HIPAA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of workforce management experience
- Call center experience in an HMO or medical environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with workforce management software products
- Familiarity with phone switch monitoring and Genesys
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
