      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Workday position control and support RECON processes across the organization
      - Maintain data accuracy in organizational charts, job requisitions, and position tracking
      - Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
      - Support workforce planning cycles with accurate data, trend analysis, and forecasting
      - Collaborate with IT on Workday functionality improvements and reporting enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of HRIS, HR Operations, or workforce analytics experience
      - Strong proficiency with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to data integrity
      - Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across HR, Finance, and IT functions
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards
      - Experience with MS365, Workday, and Navex
      - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issues
      - Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
      - Willingness to travel up to 15%
