      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze call arrival patterns, handle times, and staff shrinkage to create and update forecasts for the Customer Experience Center
      - Complete all scheduling elements for contact center agents, including meetings, trainings, and absences
      - Proactively analyze inputs to enhance forecasts and scheduling efficiency, highlighting staffing trends for management
      - Provide support and recommendations for new hires, shift bids, and budget staffing
      - Audit schedules prepared by the Workforce Management team and recommend improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age with relevant education or experience
      - 3+ years of contact center Workforce Management Analyst experience
      - 3+ years of experience using Workforce Management tools for scheduling and forecasting, such as Aspect, Avaya WFO, IEX, or Blue Pumpkin

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Associate's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative-oriented field
