Leidos is seeking a Workforce Manager and Scheduling Coordinator, contingent upon contract award, and will oversee the provision of information and referral, one-on-one consultation, and education/training in the Work and Family Life Programs and perform contract tasks identified in Emergency Preparedness and Response and Work and Family Life Programs.
Role will be primarily telecommute

Duties
The Workforce Manager and Scheduling Coordinator is a fully remote position and shall provide supervisory oversight of programs and services provided by contractors in Work and Family Life Programs and Emergency Case Management Support.
Providing remote supervisory oversight of contractor scheduling staff assigned to WFLP (Work and Family Life Program) and Emergency Case Management Support, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards
Developing and maintaining workforce schedules, rosters, and coverage plans that align staffing resources with fluctuating service demand and time-zone requirements
Coordinating emergency-preparedness and response tasks, confirming staff readiness, issuing deployment instructions, and monitoring real-time workload distribution during incidents
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery, compiling metrics, and producing regular reports for program leadership and contracting authorities
Conducting quality reviews of consultations, referrals, and training sessions; delivering coaching and corrective action to maintain service consistency and effectiveness
Collaborating with installation leads, program managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize caseloads, allocate resources, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Managing onboarding, continuous training, and credential verification for contractor personnel to ensure subject-matter expertise and compliance with policy updates
Maintaining accurate records in approved systems (e.g., FFSMIS- Fleet and Family Support Management Information System) for all staffing assignments, client interactions, and emergency-response activities
Identifying process improvements, technology enhancements, and staffing efficiencies that elevate service quality and optimize contract performanceRequirements
Bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, a combination of social science education and equivalent experience to a bachelor’s degree, or four years of equivalent experience. 2 years of experience managing, coordinating, or supervising the delivery of non-clinical, educational social services programs and services.
This position supports the Navy Fleet and Family Support contract. NFFS delivers comprehensive Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services worldwide, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for active-duty Sailors, retirees, eligible civilians overseas, and their families. The program implements, evaluates, and continually refines established FFSP offerings—developing the concepts, structures, and processes needed to maximize well-being across all installations. Key objectives include providing global staffing to supplement existing FFSP personnel through remote or surge/on-demand support, and delivering webinar hosting, production, and facilitation via a robust learning-management system.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
