What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and set up the ADP Workforce Manager solution to fulfill client and HR business requirements
- Analyze client requirements to effectively configure the ADP database
- Conduct training, testing, and validation with clients prior to the first live processing run
- Manage project accounts from initiation to closure, supporting clients throughout the implementation phases
- Create and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones and budgets are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management within a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Manager or similar HR systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage project risks and escalate issues to resolution
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in global payroll and human capital management projects
- Familiarity with organizational change management practices
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
