      Req#: 202506771

We are currently looking for a working student to support our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice. As a working student you will assist the consultants on client assignments (e.g. conducting analysis, report writing), you will keep the team up-to-date on market trends & research, and you will be in charge of keeping our compensation databases up-to-date.

      The Business

The Work and Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). The success of a company is, to a large extent, dependent on the quality and performance of its employees. We help companies to translate their strategic objectives into an effective HR strategy, in which compensating, monitoring, and motivating the right people in the right way is a central theme. Our advice is always based on our analytical skills through an effective use of data and qualitative research. In addition, WTW has a Young Professionals program – which is focused on structuring the personal development of bright young minds, as well as organizing social events.

      Executive Compensation

WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with 400 consultants advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Executive Compensation team is, as part of the Work & Rewards segment, focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. We work together with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our globally operating clients. Our consultancy services are centered around the topic executive compensation, but cover a much broader range of disciplines including strategy, Corporate Governance (including regulations and legislation) and financial modelling.

Being a small and informal team, we partner (with the client) to determine to the most suitable solution to these issues, which are one of the “hottest” topics within the current public debate.

      Qualifications

The working student is studying a university degree and has an affinity with financial and HR-related issues. He/she is interested in compensation issues and is able to independently and accurately work within a team. Some knowledge of statistics and Excel is a plus. The working student is expected to be available for at least two days a week. If there is a match, we can talk about a junior role!

      We offer

Come join a team of dynamic and motivating colleagues made up of some very experienced people. You can look forward to an everyday life where you both acquire new knowledge and skills – just as you share your own knowledge and experience with the team.

At WTW we have positive spirit and a casual tone. We work from a set of values that, among other things is focused on personal development, respect, teamwork and integrity. We offer an attractive workplace with free working conditions.
