Help shape global purchasing: Support us with strategic and operational tasks in product group purchasing and learn how international purchasing strategies are developed and implemented
Actively support contract management: Help prepare and follow up on contracts - from initial drafting to final approval
Maintain raw material price data: Keep track of current market prices and support us in maintaining and analyzing commodity price data to make informed decisions
Support negotiation preparation: Prepare the most important information and help us to be optimally prepared for negotiations with suppliers
Experience strategic meetings: Attend important supplier meetings live and gain insights into the strategic direction of the company
Deepen your knowledge of Excel and purchasing tools: Use your Excel skills to analyze data and optimize processes - and work with specialized purchasing tools to further deepen your knowledge
Studies: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree programme and you have ideally 12 month time to work with us max. 20 hours per week. During the semester holidays, the numbers of hours can also be increased to 37 hours per week by agreement
Motivation & team spirit: You are keen to take on responsibility and work with us as part of a team to achieve success together
Results-orientation: You work in a structured manner, aim for concrete results and always keep an overview
Interest in the automotive industry: You are enthusiastic about the automotive world and would like to deepen your knowledge in this area
Excel & more: You are confident in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - ideally you also have some experience with SAP
Curiosity and willingness to learn: You show initiative and are motivated to familiarise yourself with new topics independently
Communications skills: You have a confident command of the English and German languages
