      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing and enhancing automation tools using Python and other scripting languages
      - Analyze system performance data to improve reliability and efficiency of power systems
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery and client engagements
      - Participate in site visits, data collection, and commissioning activities as necessary
      - Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and technologies in power systems and energy automation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Understanding of electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, and protection
      - Strong Python programming skills for data analysis or tool customization
      - Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools such as PowerWorld, PSSE, MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, and PSCAD
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data collection and commissioning activities in power systems
      - Familiarity with VB scripting for automation tool development
