What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members seeking assistance with workplace concerns, policies, and procedures
- Collect and document relevant details regarding workplace issues, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide basic guidance on company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assess cases and escalate more complex issues to Workplace Solutions Specialists or other appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed and organized records of team member concerns and resolutions in company systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in an office setting full-time (this is not a remote position)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws or willingness to learn
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
