      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and oversee the hiring, development, and management of field sales professionals in the assigned region
      - Implement optimal territory coverage models to drive revenue and grow market share in the voluntary/worksite business
      - Provide guidance and training to the sales team while analyzing sales analytics for efficiency improvements
      - Foster strong executive presence and represent the company’s solutions and products effectively in the market
      - Serve as a champion of culture and change leadership while mentoring future leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of building and leading a high-performing remote sales team
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in worksite/voluntary benefits
      - Strong sales and presentation skills, including negotiation abilities
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of sales leadership experience leading wholesalers
      - Bachelor’s degree
