      What this job involves:

      HSBC Community engagement: You will base yourself within the business and be recognized as the lead for anything Workspace Experience related or for Corporate Services. The role is defined by working to the following key principals:

      • Deliver an exceptional colleague experience to our HSBC colleagues. Create a strategy that boasts a welcoming and first-class atmosphere for HSBC colleagues and their visitors.
      • Take ownership of all services that support HSBC colleagues within the workplace. Ensure that all spaces is maintained to a high standard.
      • Build relationships with key stakeholders & encourage interaction between colleagues. Drive and develop the community by organising engaging, popular events.
      • Understand the needs of the business and what drives the businesses you support.
      • Create a culture of Community Well Being, supporting and guiding HSBC colleagues through the challenges & opportunities of the new workplace environment.

      Day to day operations – HSBC Workspace Experience:

      • Oversee and guide the Thrive Team of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Mauritius
      • Subject Matter Expert who leads the Workspace Experience strategy and delivery - for all 3 entities
      • Manage team hires and movement effectively and ethically
      • Analyze workspace experience data and statistics daily. Work with the WELs to develop strategies and actions to uplift / keep the metrics high.
      • Support and drive WE related communications with the Communications lead. Draft, review and publish communications where necessary. Use AI to improve efficiency where applicable
      • Project Manager for change programs related to colleague experience
      • Manage local JLL teams (Workspace Experience Teams) as required.
      • Partner with other HSBC internal functions (E.g., Technology, ERGs, HR, Communications).
      • Publish monthly insights to CS stakeholders in all markets
      • Implement best practices to enhance colleague engagements
      • Deliver strategy on Workspace Experience
      • Create annual financial planning for Hybrid Events Program
      • Liaise with Workspace Team and Occupancy Planning on workspace data to improve workspace experience
      • Interact with Regional Workspace Experience team
      • Guide and develop the WELs and XA team. Provide mentorship for better experience delivery
      • Create a collaborative environment amongst colleagues across the workplace promoting Connected Workspace principles, behaviours and drive HSBC community/staff engagement
      • Develop relationships with HSBC CS, Entity Stakeholders, Branch Managers and proactively understand their needs.

      Technology

      • Introduce innovative technical solutions to increase Colleague Experience, to gain engagement with events and to demonstrate efficiency through these tech solutions.
      • Use AI where possible to innovate and drive efficiency
