All work will be conducted on-site, with scheduled hours including front desk shifts, designated office hours for project-based tasks, and occasional evening hours as needed. Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

1 Qualifications:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student at UW-Madison
Have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to work in flexible work environment
Must be able to work some evening shifts anytime from 5-8pm on Monday-ThursdayKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Interest and knowledge in inclusion initiatives.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with others in a professional, approachable manner.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Position Summary/Job Duties:
Serve as a point of contact for room reservations, center operations, and front desk coverage, ensuring smooth logistics and accessibility for students and staff.
Develop engaging content for the affinity groups to promote cultural awareness, professional development, and community-building initiatives
Provide logistical and administrative support, including coordinating catering, managing food delivery and setup, and assisting with event execution.
Collaborate with team members to design and refine event marketing materials that effectively promote the WSB Multicultural Center programs.
Assist with daily upkeep and light janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment.Physical Demands:
You will be asked to wipe down tables and move furniture around for event reservations or other needs.
