What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet visitors and manage the main phone line, ensuring proper protocols are followed
- Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate staff members based on their needs
- Learn to navigate the data system to retrieve necessary information
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with a variety of individuals
- Support the lab's security measures by guiding visitors through sign-in and access processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current student with the ability to work onsite
- Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
