What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, cancel, reschedule, and register outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
- Check-in and check-out patients following scheduling/registration guidelines
- Obtain and verify patient guarantor information annually
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and testing for patients
- Collect time of service payments and copayments from patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of Medical terminology class
- Strong EPIC skills, including Cadence, Referrals, and Prelude
- Knowledge of medical terminology and third-party payors
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Motivation for continuous self-development
