What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Live-Action Film Team by identifying IP suitable for adaptation and strategizing optimal approaches
- Create engaging creative presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Photoshop
- Track competitive projects, trends, and opportunities in the live-action film space
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Head of Global Film across multiple time zones
- Organize and maintain development databases and facilitate communication among team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Entertainment Industry
- Professional interest in film, TV, comics, or organizational development
- High proficiency in Google and Office suites
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design tools
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently

- Deep knowledge of the film production pipeline
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues swiftly
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
