  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
  - Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary
  - Inspect equipment before and after rental, documenting any lost or damaged items
  - Communicate effectively with customers, both written and orally
  - Perform basic math calculations related to equipment handling and maintenance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED preferred
  - Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
  - Some experience and/or training in the repair of mechanical equipment preferred
  - Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and crouching
  - Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Related experience in roles such as Porter Hostler, Yard Hand, or Entry Level Mechanic
  - General mechanical aptitude
  - Strong safety focus in previous work environments
