Job Description
- Req#: JR000407
- Configures new properties, users, and workflows in Yardi Voyager
- Supports lease-up and stabilization efforts through backend setup and data alignment
- Collaborates with the finance team on general ledger setup and chart of accounts in Yardi
- Partners with reporting teams to ensure accuracy in traffic sources, lead attribution, and listing performance data
- Manages RENTCafé setup and integration across ILS platforms, ensuring pricing, availability, and floorplans are accurate
- Troubleshoots discrepancies in listings across ILS platforms such as Apartments.com and Zillow
- Provides technical support and optimizes RentCafe and CRM workflows for digital leasing campaigns
- Serves as the primary contact for Yardi-related tickets and system troubleshooting
- Coordinates with Yardi support and manages escalations to resolution
- Oversees third-party integrations including Flex, Garantors, and Jonah
- Participates in system upgrades, module rollouts, and enhancement projects
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and RENTCafé in a multifamily housing environment
- Proficient in Voyager, RENTCafé, and ideally Elevate
- Familiarity with Yardi Screening, Utility Management, and E-Docs is a plus
- Experienced in both lease-up and stabilized asset environments
- Skilled in system troubleshooting and backend configuration
- Strong communication skills and able to train users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Bonus: Experience with SQL-based reporting or Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)

About the Role
Z Modular, part of the Zekelman Industries family, is seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Specialist to lead the optimization and administration of our property management technology stack, with a focus on multifamily operations. This senior-level role will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, functionality, and scalability of Yardi Voyager, RENTCafé, and related platforms across our national portfolio.
You'll serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Yardi solutions, partnering with internal stakeholders in asset management, finance, marketing, and operations, as well as third-party vendors. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving digital workflows, and driving continuous system enhancements.
This is a remote position with occasional travel required.
