What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of support and general administrative tasks for audits, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Generate reports and extract data from client systems as requested by auditors
- Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries and data requests from internal and external customers
- Proof claims submissions for accuracy before client submission
- Collaborate with IT departments to enhance knowledge-sharing and technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 - 1 years of related experience and/or High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 1 to 2+ years of administrative support preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in both individual and team environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Billing or coding experience preferred
- Familiarity with industry-based standards and regulations
- Strong ability to create and maintain collaborative partnerships
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new knowledge to tasks
