What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Activate, configure, analyze, and maintain the organization’s CRM platform and partners
- Create workflows, triggers, and automations for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate across departments to translate business requirements into CRM workflows
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular clean-ups to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage CRM integrations with other platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, IT/technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2-4 years of related experience in using and administering CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and generate insights
- Excellent data management skills with attention to data quality and integrity
- Great communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in pet care, tech, or consumer-facing brands
- Strong desire to achieve high standards and get things done
- Understanding of data privacy/compliance and security permissions in a CRM context
