      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide enrichment activities, advocacy, and leadership development opportunities for transition-aged youth (TAY)
      - Collaborate with the Healthy Transitions Collective team to develop peer support and educational programs
      - Conduct community outreach to educate families and TAY on available services and initiatives
      - Facilitate training for TAY to become certified peer support specialists
      - Collect and report accurate data for funder reporting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Lived experience accessing mental health/behavioral health services
      - Must reside in Prince George's County
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote supervisor
      - Current Maryland driver's license and access to own vehicle for in-state travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with social media and adherence to promotional guidelines
      - Ability to work with diverse cultural, religious, racial, and economic backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ youth
