- Responding to outreach calls from at runaway/homeless/street youth. Meeting with youth in community locations to provide advocacy and community resources.
- Work with other case managers within the agency and build community relationships.
- Documenting all significant events in a timely manner into the database.

reStart Inc is looking for a Youth Street Outreach Specialist who will work with homeless, at-risk and runaway youth with direct services as well as community outreach. You may work with schools and communities and attend workshops or events.

What do you need to work here?
You need to be positive, flexible and have good communication and empathy skills. You will need to have at least an Associate’s Degree or a minimum of one year working in social services. Past experience with MS Office, including Outlook is needed. You will need to pass a drug screen and criminal background check will be required.
Diverse backgrounds, LGBTQ and/or formally at-risk youth are preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Need to have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by agency insurance carrier.
When would you work?
Day hours, however, evenings or weekends could be occasionally needed
