What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide senior-level technical support for the implementation and maintenance of various Zero Trust solutions
- Collaborate with multiple enterprise engineers, security specialists, and application vendors for successful design and administration of solutions
- Assist in developing a comprehensive agency strategy for enhancing Zero Trust maturity
- Design future-state architectures and identify technologies to implement Zero Trust concepts
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improvement in the efficiency of internal processes and operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Zero Trust solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with IT systems administration
- Experience with Palo Alto Prisma and Cortex XDR is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desired certifications: ITIL V3/2011 Foundations, MCSE (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019), MCITP, Security+, CISSP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications
- Experience managing complex applications with dispersed architectures in a large enterprise environment
- Positive customer service attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
