Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of activities, including social events, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and entertainment programs
• Conduct regular assessments of resident interests and abilities to inform activity programming
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement activities that support resident well-being and care plans
• Develop and maintain a calendar of activities, ensuring a diverse range of programs throughout the week
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activities and programs
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors
