About this job

Provide office management and highly skilled administrative secretarial support, and organizational functions in support of the President. Five or more years experience as an administrative assistant, hospital experience preferred. Exercise independent judgement and discretion.

Education/Degree(s): Two year degree, or more, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Verbal and written communication skills

  • Office organization and procedures
  • Compose accurate and grammatically correct meeting minutes
  • Word processing, PowerPoint
  • Interpersonal skills to work with physicians, Board, senior management, employees, and public
