Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records and other
• Greet all visitors arriving at Orizon, notifying company personnel of the visitor’s arrival, and distributing appropriate PPE for their visit.
• Maintains security, by following procedures, specifically ITAR, in issuing visitor badges
• Answers multi-phone line system for the facility
• Receive and sort mail; gather and mail all outgoing mail
• Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinate the distribution and receipt of Orizon attire
• Scan and upload files into employee documents in Ultipro
• Assists the Human Resources manager with HR projects
• Respond to employee inquiries, following up with employees on HR related needs
• Scan and upload files into employee documents in Ultipro
• Responsible for keeping the HR Slide Show current
• Distributes Anniversary & birthday gifts
• Participate in the planning of onsite company events and merchandise store (Shout Out Store)
• Issue companywide announcements
• Conduct basic research for projects
• Provide general administrative support and additional duties as needed.

  • Manage Fax Inbox
  • Responsible for keeping the conference rooms stocked, as well as overall appearance
