As our Administrative Assistant, you'll support the nursing department and facility operations through scheduling, employee support, administrative tasks, and day-to-day coordination.

What You'll Do

Nursing & Employee Support

• Assist with interviews, new hire paperwork, orientation, training, and scheduling.
• Coordinate employee evaluations, education, and CPR classes.
• Track attendance, PTO, light duty, leaves of absence, and required paperwork.
• Maintain employee schedules, lockers, on-call calendars, and communication boards.
• Assist with payroll by reviewing timesheets and tracking staff hours.
• Help coordinate staffing needs, fill open shifts, and communicate staffing concerns to nursing leadership.

Administrative Support

• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff by answering phones and assisting at the front desk.
• Complete clerical duties including correspondence, filing, mail, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain Resident Trust cash accounts.
• Assist with facility newsletters, reports, and special projects.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare experience but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, occasional evenings or weekends may be required
