What You'll Do

• Greeting and directing visitors and act as the single point of contact for office equipment repair, and various vendors
• Log Accounts Receivable Checks and partner with A/R to ensure receipt.
• Managing and planning office events (Holiday parties, birthday celebrations, etc.)
• Organizing files for billing (invoices, etc.) as well as maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Processing incoming, outgoing mail and FedEx
• Responding to all internal and external customer inquiries in a professional, polite and timely manner
• Scheduling appointments and travel for management that may include: air travel, car rentals, hotel reservations, ordering food, etc.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years' experience in an administrative assistant/receptionist role
• Attention todetail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂÂ
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers
• Organization skills
• Teamplayer
• Time management skills

Your Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
