Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you are responsible for ensuring accurate data management, smooth logistical coordination, and excellent customer service. Your daily responsibilities include:

• You are responsible for logging information accurately into a centralized database to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• You will create and print various data documents including reports, manifests, and other essential paperwork required for daily operations.
• You are responsible for recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining precise documentation for compliance and billing purposes.
• You will calculate costs for drivers based on vehicle weight, using established formulas and rate structures to ensure accurate invoicing.
• You are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a productive workspace.
• You will greet customers and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and helpful support.

Qualifications

To join our team:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful
• Experience working as a scale operator or processing weight readings is an asset
• Ability to work in a team.
• This is a 100% onsite work environment, the schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30am -3:30pm
