To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• 3–5 years of experience working in a formal childcare or early childhood education setting
• Florida DCF 45-Hour Childcare Training Certificate
• Valid Level 2 Background Screening
• CDA (Child Development Associate) OR Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Education or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Florida childcare licensing rules and regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced childcare environment

🎯 What You'll Do

As an Administrative Support Team Member, you will work closely with the Center Director and leadership team to support the daily operations of the academy.

🏢 Administrative & Operational Support

• Serve as a TLE Happiness Ambassador, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for children, families, staff, and visitors
• Provide administrative support to the Center Director and leadership team
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the center
• Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records
• Assist with enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and other administrative processes
• Organize licensing and compliance documentation and maintain required records
• Help ensure the center remains organized, efficient, and prepared for daily operations

📞 Family & Customer Experience

• Greet families and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, emails, and family inquiries
• Assist with scheduling tours and supporting the enrollment process
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective families
• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive family experience

🧸 Classroom & Childcare Support

Because this is a childcare leadership support position, you will also assist in the classrooms when needed.

• Step into classrooms to maintain required staff-to-child ratios
• Supervise and engage children during teacher breaks, absences, and peak operational periods
• Support teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with implementing The Learning Experience curriculum and classroom activities
• Follow all health, safety, supervision, and licensing requirements
• Provide continuity of care and support throughout the academy

• Assist with family engagement activities and center events
• Support community outreach and school initiatives
• Partner with teachers and leadership to maintain a positive center culture
