Job Description
Configuration Management Administrator with 5+ years of experience.
Proficient in Windows and Linux administration supporting configuration management activities.
Working knowledge of CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and CATIA V5 Windows Client.
Working knowledge of RHEL Linux Systems.
Experienced in supporting Windows and Linux-based integration environments, including software deployments, configuration management, and application support.
Skilled in managing configurations and releases for the CATIA V5 application suite in enterprise Windows environments.
Experience assisting with release planning, deployment, and post-release validation during scheduled release windows and excellent ticket management skills.
Able to create and maintain release notes, deployment documentation, and application change records.
Experienced in managing user accounts, security groups, and application access through Active Directory.
Proficient in tracking incidents, change requests, and service tickets using ServiceNow.
Skilled in managing work items, release tasks, and project documentation using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Familiar with Git Bash for deployment support, file management, and version-controlled scripting.
Proficient in maintaining documentation, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, MS Projects, and Visio.
Strong troubleshooting skills for application installation, configuration, and user access issues on Window workstations and Linux servers.
Knowledgeable in configuration and data management processes to ensure software releases meet organizational standards.
Available to support deployments and configuration changes during evenings and weekends as needed.
Proactive problem solver with strong root cause analysis and issue resolution skills.
