Looking for a Strong Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Wellsville, NY!!!

Salary: Up to $140K/yr (depending on experience)
Qualifications of the Administrator:
- Must have New York Administrator license
- Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
