Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, interview, and register patients; update demographic and contact information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization requirements.
• Collect co-pays, deposits, and other patient payments; issue receipts.
• Obtain patient signatures on legal consents, HIPAA forms, and financial responsibility documents.
• Enter accurate data into EHR/EMR systems
• Provide information about hospital policies, services, and admission procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical, billing, and case management teams to support patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Assist with scheduling and appointment confirmation.
