Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to support the rollout, integration, and operationalization of Claude Code across engineering teams. The role focuses on enabling Large Language Model (LLM)–based development workflows using AWS Bedrock, ensuring scalable deployment on Kubernetes, and providing ongoing technical support and optimization. This position plays a critical role in driving enterprise adoption of Generative AI tools while ensuring reliability, security, and developer productivity.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Claude Code across engineering teams.
  • Design, integrate, and operate LLM-powered workflows using AWS Bedrock.
  • Develop backend services and automation using GoLang.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale GenAI services on Kubernetes.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for GenAI-related issues.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and Security teams to ensure compliant and efficient deployments.
  • Monitor performance, usage, and cost of LLM workloads; optimize where necessary.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AWS AI services.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with AWS, including IAM, networking, and observability.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and managed LLM services.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI use cases.
  • Proficiency in GoLang for backend development and tooling.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting or running GenAI/ML platforms in production.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
