Business Analyst

Role Overview

Act as the primary liaison between business users and automation teams to identify, assess, and document business processes suitable for RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business users, SMEs, and process owners to understand current processes and pain points.
• Identify and qualify automation opportunities based on feasibility, complexity, and business value.
• Conduct process walkthroughs, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare process documentation, process maps, and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Gather business requirements, process metrics, volumes, and exception scenarios.
• Collaborate with UiPath developers and architects to ensure accurate solution design.
• Support UAT, user adoption, and implementation activities.
• Maintain and manage the automation opportunity pipeline.

Required Skills

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Automation Discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
• Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation concepts.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Exposure to Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Stakeholder satisfaction and automation adoption.
