Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• handling day to day service requests from clients
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities

The team

You’ll be working with the Butler/Huseth team in our Omaha, NE office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in in assisting the Financial Advisor in helping the clients meet their financial goals and servicing their day to day needs.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
• ideally 3+ years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, focusing on business or finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• demonstrate problem solving skills as well as analytical and organizational skills
• detail oriented and a proficiency in multi-tasking
• desire to learn about financial markets
