Client Service Coordinator

Quality provider of in-home care services is in need of a full-time Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for the right individual. Primary responsibility is to coordinate the staffing of caregivers on client assignments and serve as a point of communication with client and caregivers. Excellent customer service, people skills, computer skills and attention to detail are required. We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate staffing of caregivers on client assignments
* Handle daily telephone and email communications with clients and caregivers (High call volume)
* Brief caregivers on new client assignments and communicate client needs and plan of care
* Document detailed notes in computer system, of all communications
* Input client and caregiver profiles into computer scheduling system
* Maintain knowledge of company policy and coach/counsel caregivers as needed
* Handle intake calls from prospective new clients and provide basic overview of services
* Occasional fill in for after-hours telephone coverage

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a staffing role in the home care industry strongly preferred
* Experience with customer service and customer telephone communications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and great problem solver
* Adept at clearly documenting detailed notes in computerized system

*Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

*Participate in on-call rotation with team

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
*Pay DOE-$45,000-$55,000
