Responsibilities

As a Community Liaison You will:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand
• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help
• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning
• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time
• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing, and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Possess a current and valid state driver’s license
• Provide proof of auto insurance
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibit proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Manage time and tasks effectively with strong organizational skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
