Location: Brookshire, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, with one scheduled day off

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while coordinating delivery operations. This position combines customer service, dispatch, route monitoring, and call handling in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and experience with dispatch or route monitoring. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions
• Diagnose and resolve delivery-related issues
• Monitor delivery routes and driver progress
• Support dispatch and route coordination activities
• Process delivery changes and cancellations
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding delivery status
• Maintain accurate information across systems and complete multiple tasks simultaneously

What You’ll Need

• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or a related environment
• Dispatch and/or route monitoring experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of related experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
