At Stolthaven Terminals, you will play a vital role in keeping customers’ products safe, secure and ready to move, at world-class storage facilities that sit at the heart of supply chains worldwide. Join us as a Customer Service Representative.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will complete initial order entry procedures for assigned customers based on contractual agreements and current quality assurance policies. You will work closely with the Operations Department, the Inventory Supervisor, the Customer Service Manager and other terminal departments to coordinate orders, maintain accurate inventories and support smooth terminal operations. As a key point of contact for your customers, you will build and sustain strong working relationships, keep the Customer Service Manager informed of issues that may affect quality procedures, and coordinate customer requests such as audits, site visits and meetings with the appropriate departments. You will participate in any required regulatory, quality process, job enhancement or customer-directed training, and may help prepare special reports when requested by the Customer Service Manager.
