Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and delivery teams while ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities, resolve issues professionally, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide appropriate updates.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.
• Process changes, updates, and cancellations to delivery orders.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation throughout the customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
