ABOUT OUR AGENCY::
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, my background was in launching and leading nonprofit organizations, where I developed a passion for building strong teams and making a meaningful impact. I'm a graduate of the University of Maryland, and our office is located just two miles from the home where I grew up, making the opportunity to serve this community especially meaningful to me.

Community involvement remains an important part of who we are. We support organizations and initiatives including the Montgomery County Police Foundation, Winston Churchill High School athletics, and Glen Echo Park.

As a Customer Service Representative with Bob Willetts - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
