ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a passion for helping others grow. I'm a Finance graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Colorado native who enjoys sports, camping, the outdoors, and spending time at Red Rocks.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jake Christensen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
