ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years as an Agent Aspirant and led a successful sales team. Outside of work, I'm married with an 11-year-old daughter and a mini Goldendoodle. I enjoy endurance sports, including marathons and gravel bike riding, and love taking on new challenges.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency actively supports the local women's shelter, county fairs, school sports, and yearbook programs, and we're proud to stay involved throughout the tri-county area.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Clayton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
