Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
Schedule: 24/7 operations with 8-hour rotational shifts

Candidates must be comfortable working day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.
• Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits and loan withdrawals.
• Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH transactions, debit cards and bill payments.
• Resolve client concerns accurately and professionally.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow established procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

We'd Love to Meet You If You Have

• Strong customer-service and professional telephone skills
• Experience in banking, financial services, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing or call-center operations
• Knowledge of financial transactions and payment systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries
• Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts
