Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.60/hour
Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM–6:15 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an Account Support Representative to provide administrative and customer account support. This position will work closely with Senior Account Executives, assist existing customers, resolve account-related issues, and help prepare proposals and other materials for prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Provide day-to-day support to Senior Account Executives.
• Analyze customer concerns and assist with resolving problems.
• Assist with studies and analyses used to determine customer incentives.
• Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads on behalf of Account Executives.
• Prepare reports and process forms and other documentation.
• Review and audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform general administrative duties, including:
  • Distributing mail
  • Filing and maintaining records
  • Scanning, faxing, and duplicating documents
  • Typing and data entry
  • Processing forms
