Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 months
Pay range: $35-42/hr W2

Job description:

  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and desktop support software
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams
  • Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Deploy operating systems, software applications, antivirus tools, and updates. Perform imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning of devices
