Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians

Resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns quickly and effectively

Track job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in dispatching or customer service (bonus if it’s in

plumbing, HVAC, or electrical!)

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· A cool head and creative problem-solving ability

· Tech-savviness—familiar with scheduling software and office tools (Service Titan is a plus!)

· A team-first attitude and a true focus on the customer

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools

Comfortable making outbound calls

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
